MUHAMMAD BILLOO, Founder
Muhammad has been employed in the construction industry for over eight years doing project management, estimating, designing, and job coordination for a vast array of projects throughout the Industrial and Commercial construction sector.
MUBASHIR BILLOO, President (Co-owner)
Mubashir joined SAWW Developments Construction in 2022, after graduating from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering. Mubashir has worked his way through the ranks beginning in the field and is now one of SAWW Development’s senior estimators / project managers. Mubashir joined the ownership team in 2022.
FIELD STAFF
SAWW Developments field staff is comprised of 3 site superintendents, 6 licensed carpenters, and numerous general laborers. Many of SAWW Development’s senior site superintendents have been with SAWW Developments for over 3 years and bring with them many more years of experience in the construction industry.
PROJECT MANAGERS/ ESTIMATORS
David Harrison
David is an ambitious construction professional, who also joined SAWW Developments upon graduating from the Architectural Science program at the University of Toronto. David is accurate and precise and comes from a well experienced family construction background.
Paul Lalovick
A valuable addition to SAWW Development’s team, Paul has joined SAWW Developments in June 2023 after obtaining a diploma from Sheridan College in Construction Management program. Paul’s previous on site and office experience in construction combined with his education has allowed him to grasp concepts quickly and become an important part of the SAWW Developments Team.
